I have a confession to make: I am not a big fan of Topshop. (Gasp, horror!) I find their clothes too extravagant for my liking, the sizing most definitely skewed towards the smaller side, and most of all overpriced. Bearing this in mind, for the first time ever I absolutely love what Topshop have got in at the moment! I favour a more classic/understated style with muted colours which they seem to be catering to at the moment, as well as stand out pieces that can be worn on their own or with other dramatic pieces. Topshop have really expanded in to make-up and collections over the years which is definitely a plus - their nail polishes are amazing!
As for the pieces I chose to feature here, there's nothing I wouldn't buy in a heartbeat. (I'm already seriously eyeing that aztec print tee.) I love how everything could easily work on its own and bring subtle glamour to an everyday outfit. My favourites in particular are the fab denim skirt and the metallic dress. They'd be great to wear for a day to night transition! What's the great thing is that Topshop seem to have made their prices a little more realistic over time, so these are all reasonably priced for what they are.

I share an on/off relationship with Topshop, what with the nice things being seemingly bought by everyone and the prices being a little too steep, but the items you've selected are gorgeous! The bow dress is so cute.

I'm not really a fan of Topshop, I hardly ever find anything I like in there! I think I've only ever bought 2 things form there in the past 6 years. I used to love it when I was about 16 though.

Love the items you've selected especially the bow dress, how cutie is that?! To be honest, I'm always in Topshop and spend way too much time on the website and make at least one order per week, they've always appealed to me and I find their jeans fit me the best. Some of their stuff is completely vile though, just have a look at the sale items and you'll know what I mean!

ReplyDeleteI went to Topshop only a few times in my life when I was living in Dublin and I was not suuuuper impressed. But then I go with the boyfriend to Topman and there were so many things I liked for him. The world is not fair.
